Ingredients:
- 5 Cucumber slices
- 3/4 oz Agave syrup
- 1/4 oz Tapatio
- 1 oz Lime juice
- 1/2 peach syrup
- 1/2 oz Blanco
- 1.5 oz Hatch Green Chile Vodka
Muddle the cucumber and agave syrup in a cocktail shaker. Add the rest of the ingredients and ice. Shake and double strain into a collins glass with fresh ice.
