Watch Oregon’s bars and restaurants battle for the title of “Best Bloody Mary Ever”


A Bloody Mary is a classic cocktail featuring vodka and spiced tomato juice, but it can also be so much more than that. From July 28th through August 20th, bars and restaurants across central Oregon will be competing to see who makes the Best Bloody Mary Ever.  

Vote here for your favorite, and make sure to buy tickets for the August 27th event! The top 8 bars and restaurants from the preliminary round will be competing live at our Downtown Bend Tasting Room in front of a panel of three judges and an audience of spectators.  

Who will take home the infamous Best Bloody Mary Ever championship belt and win money for the charity of their choice? Join us Sunday, August 27th to find out. Your ticket will grant you access to the event, allow samples of all the entries, and the ability to cast your People’s Choice vote as the competition rages.

*Seating is first come, first served. Be sure to arrive when doors open in order to grab a seat and guarantee the chance to try all competition cocktails.

Dill Pickle Tomatillo Bloody Mary

Ingredients: Crater Lake Vodka, Dill Pickle tomatillo bloody mary compound, dill and lemon salted rim, dill havarti, fried green tomato, and of course a dill pickle.

This cocktail is inspired by the pickle back craze. Using pickle brine and whole dill pickle, I’ve crafted a compound with tomatillos and other ingredients to highlight the classic dill pickle and vodka flavor affinity.
