Silver Moon’s 97 in Heaven

  • Orange Peel to Garnish
  • Dash Orange Bitters
  • .5oz Simple Syrup
  • .75oz Peach Schnapps
  • .75oz Elderflower Liqueur
  • 1.5oz Lemon Juice
  • 1.5oz Crater Lake Prohibition Gin
Add your ingredients, except for bitters to a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake vigorously until well combined and strain over fresh ice into a rocks glass. Riley’s Summer Sour

In a shaker with no ice, dry shake ingredients until fluffy. Add ice and shake again until well chilled. Strain over fresh ice into a glass of your choice.

Orange You Glad?

Add ingredients into a cocktail shaker without ice, dry shake until frothy. Add ice and shake vigorously until well chilled. Fine strain into a coupe glass and express a lemon peel over top.

Rhubarb Vanilla Dry Gin Sour

Add all ingredients into a shaker and dry shake vigorously with no ice for 20-30 seconds, until frothy. Add ice and shake again until well combined. Double strain into a rocks glass filled with fresh ice.

  • 3 Raspberries (Speared for Garnish)
  • .5 oz Lemon Juice
  • .5 oz Raspberry Syrup
  • 1 Egg White
  • 2 oz Crater Lake Prohibition Gin
Add ingredients into a shaker without ice, and dry shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds until frothy. Add ice and shake again, then strain into coupe glass. Garnish with speared raspberries.

  • 0.25 oz Yes Cocktail Hibiscus Rose Mixer
  • 2oz Fresh Grapefruit Juice
  • 2oz Crater Lake Prohibition Gin
  • Club Soda
Add first three ingredients into your shaker with ice and shake vigorously until ingredients are well combined. Pour into a martini glass rimmed with Rokz Citrus and Petals sugar. Top with bubbles of choice.

  • 2 oz Crater Lake Reserve Gin or Prohibition Gin
  • 1 Whole egg
  • .5 oz Simple syrup
Combine ingredients in shaker, and dry shake (no ice) for 15-20 seconds. Add ice, and shake until chilled. Pour into coupe or martini glass, and garnish with nutmeg on top.

Lavender Lemonade

  • 1.5 oz Crater Lake Vodka or Gin
  • 1 oz Monin lavender simple syrup
  • 3 oz lemon juice
  • 3 oz bubbles or water
Combine all ingredients over rocks and enjoy!

Grapefruit Basil Martini

  • Lime Wedge to Garnish
  • .25 oz Lime Juice
  • 3 oz Grapefruit Juice
  • 2 oz Basil-Infused Crater Lake Prohibition Gin
Add ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake vigorously and strain into a martini glass. Garnish with a lime wedge. How to infuse Crater Lake Gin: Combine about 1/2 cup fresh basil and 1 bottle Crater Lake Gin. Allow to steep for about 24 hours. Strain and discard basil.

Extra Dirty Martini

  • 2-3oz Crater Lake Vodka or Gin
  • Splash of Olive Juice
  • 2-3 Olives
  • Vermouth (optional)
Muddle olives with olive juice in bottom of glass. Add ice & alcohol, shake or stir, then strain into chilled martini glass.

Red Snapper

  • 2 oz. Crater Lake Prohibition Gin
  • 4-6 oz. Favorite Bloody Mary mix (we use Demitri's Bloody Mary Seasoning with tomato juice)
Add to a pint glass with ice, and shake vigorously. Strain into a martini glass rimmed with salt, and add pickled veggies to your heart's desire.

Gin Gimlet

  • 2 oz Crater Lake Prohibition Gin or Reserve Gin
  • 2 oz Lime juice
  • 1 oz Simple syrup
Shake over ice and strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with lime.

French 75

  • 2 oz Crater Lake Gin
  • 1 oz Freshly squeezed lemon
  • 1 T Sugar
Rim a martini glass with sugar, add all ingredients to a shaker with ice, and shake until cold. Strain into martini glass, and top with Prosecco. Garnish with a lemon.  

Orange Russian

  • 1 oz Gin
  • 1 oz Hazelnut Espresso Vodka
  • 1 oz Triple Sec
  • 2.5 oz Half & Half creamer
Fill rocks glass with large ice cubes, and combine ingredients in glass and stir until combined. Garnish with fresh orange slice.

Central Oregon Spice

  • 1 oz Yes! Cocktail Co. Cranberry Spice cocktail syrup
  • 1 oz Lime juice
