Crater Lake Reserve Dry Gin

Crater Lake Reserve Dry Gin is in a league of its own. Handpicked Central Oregon juniper berries, coriander, bitter Seville orange peel, sweet glazed orange peel, and grapefruit peel give it bright floral aspects with a sweet citrus finish. Distilled from corn and filtered 50 times through charcoal and crushed red lava rock for a soft, creamy mouthfeel. The result is a spirit that earns its spot on the top shelf.

Riley’s Summer Sour

View Recipe

In a shaker with no ice, dry shake ingredients until fluffy. Add ice and shake again until well chilled. Strain over fresh ice into a glass of your choice.

Orange You Glad?

Add ingredients into a cocktail shaker without ice, dry shake until frothy. Add ice and shake vigorously until well chilled. Fine strain into a coupe glass and express a lemon peel over top.

Rhubarb Vanilla Dry Gin Sour

Add all ingredients into a shaker and dry shake vigorously with no ice for 20-30 seconds, until frothy. Add ice and shake again until well combined. Double strain into a rocks glass filled with fresh ice.

Clockwork (Blood) Orange

  • 1 sugar cube (or 1/2 oz of simple syrup)
  • 2 slices of fresh blood orange
  • 1 full sprig of thyme, stemmed
Muddle above ingredients, add 2 ounces of Crater Lake Reserve Gin and ice, and shake. Strain into a rocks glass with ice; top with a splash of club soda and 2 dashes of orange bitters.

  • 2 oz Crater Lake Reserve Gin or Prohibition Gin
  • 1 Whole egg
  • .5 oz Simple syrup
Combine ingredients in shaker, and dry shake (no ice) for 15-20 seconds. Add ice, and shake until chilled. Pour into coupe or martini glass, and garnish with nutmeg on top.

Gin Hot Toddy

  • 2 oz Crater Lake Reserve Gin
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 4-6 oz Hot water
  • Half a lemon
Combine honey and hot water until honey is melted, then add Reserve Gin and fresh lemon. Garnish with a cinnamon stick dropped in.

Gin Gimlet

  • 2 oz Crater Lake Prohibition Gin or Reserve Gin
  • 2 oz Lime juice
  • 1 oz Simple syrup
Shake over ice and strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with lime.

French 75

  • 2 oz Crater Lake Gin
  • 1 oz Freshly squeezed lemon
  • 1 T Sugar
Rim a martini glass with sugar, add all ingredients to a shaker with ice, and shake until cold. Strain into martini glass, and top with Prosecco. Garnish with a lemon.  

Caramel Apple Gin Sour

  • 1 egg white
  • 1 oz Caramel Apple Butter Syrup
  • 1 oz Lime juice
  • 1 oz Lemon juice
