  • Peppermint Sugar for Rim
  • .5 oz Peppermint Syrup
  • 1.5 oz Half & Half
  • 1.5 oz Crater Lake Hazelnut Espresso Vodka
  • 1 oz Crater Lake Vodka
Add ingredients into a pint glass and stir until well combined. Strain over fresh ice into your rocks glass rimmed with peppermint sugar.

Nutty In the Noggin

  • 1oz Crater Lake Vodka
  • 1.5oz Crater Lake Hazelnut Espresso Vodka
Add ingredients to a shaker filled with ice and shake vigorously. Strain into a martini glass rimmed with peppermint sugar.
 

Kellen’s Wait for the Drop

  • Lemon Wheel, for Garnish
  • 1 oz Simple Syrup
  • 2 oz Lemon Juice
  • 1 oz Crater Lake Vodka
  • 1 oz Crater Lake Hatch Green Chile Vodka
Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice and shake until thoroughly chilled. Strain into a sugar rimmed martini glass and garnish with a lemon wheel.

Huckleberry Hound

  • 1 sprig's worth of rosemary
  • 1/4 oz lime juice
  • 2 oz Crater Lake Vodka
  • .5 oz Celia's Marketplace Wild Huckleberry Balsalmic
  • Ginger Beer
Dry muddle 1 sprig's worth of rosemary. Add 1/4 oz of lime juice, and muddle again. Add vodka and balsamic, shake with ice. Double strain over fresh ice, and top with 2-4 oz of ginger beer.

Holiday Helper

  • 4 oz Crater Lake Vodka
  • 1.25 oz Lemon juice
  • 1.25 oz Ginger Rosemary syrup
Combine ingredients in a shaker with ice, and shake until chilled. Fine strain into a coupe or martini glass. Garnish with fresh cranberries and a rosemary sprig. Ginger Rosemary simple: Combine 1/2 a cup of sugar with 1/2 a cup of water, and bring to a simmer. Add 1 square inch peeled ginger root, diced, and 2-3 sprigs of fresh rosemary. Simmer together for 5 minutes, then put the mixture in the fridge to cool down. Once fully cooled, strain fresh ingredients out. Store in your fridge for 5-7 days.

Banana Berry Crush

  • One half of a very ripe banana
  • 1 oz Northwest Berry Vodka
  • 1 oz Crater Lake Vodka
  • 1.5 oz Half & Half creamer
  • .5 oz Vanilla syrup
  • Blackberry syrup (to drizzle and garnish)
In a pint glass, muddle banana into a mash; keep other half for garnishing. Add vodka, cream, and vanilla syrup to glass, and top with ice. Shake until cold. Drizzle a martini glass with blackberry syrup, and double strain the drink into the glass. Garnish with thin banana slices and blackberry syrup.

Blackberry Vodka Mojito

  • 8 Blackberries, muddled
  • 6 Mint leaves, muddled
  • 1.5 oz Crater Lake Vodka or Reserve Vodka
  • 1 oz Simple syrup
  • 2 oz Lime juice
Muddle berries and mint, then add ice and remaining ingredients to pint glass. Shake until cold, and double strain into a collins glass. Fill with ice, and top with a splash of lemon-lime soda. Garnish with a mint sprig.

Sweet and Salty Pretzel Martini

  • 2 oz Crater Lake Hazelnut Espresso Vodka
  • 2 oz Crater Lake Vodka
  • .5 oz Vanilla syrup
Rim your glass with salted caramel sauce on the rim before dunking in salt to get the salt to stick. Shake ingredients together in pint glass over ice, and pour into your salt rimmed martini glass(es). Makes 2 short drinks or 1 very stiff drink.

Cucumber Julep

  • 1.5 oz Crater Lake Vodka
  •  1/3 cucumber, chopped
  • .5 oz lime juice
  • .5 oz simple syrup
  • 8-10 mint leaves
Muddle mint leaves and cucumber in a pint glass, and add ice, vodka, lime juice, and simple. Shake vigorously to combine, and double strain into a copper mug. Fill mug with crushed ice, and garnish with mint and cucumber.

The Nutty Professor

  • 1.5 oz Crater Lake Vodka
  • .25-.5 oz Salted Caramel sauce
  • 1 oz Coconut Crème
  • .25 oz Lime juice
Combine ingredients in shaker with ice, and shake until cold. Pour entire drink into rocks glass, and garnish with lime.

Crater Lake Colada

  • 2 oz Crater Lake Vodka
  • 1 oz Coconut milk
  • .5 oz Orange juice
  • .5 oz Pineapple juice
Mix ingredients over ice in a cocktail shaker and shake well. Strain into a martini glass. Garnish with coconut shavings.

Pineapple Upside Down Cake

  • .5-1 oz grenadine
  • 1.75 oz Crater Lake Vodka
  • .5 oz Crater Lake Hazelnut Espresso Vodka
  • .25 oz Vanilla syrup
  • Squeeze of fresh lemon (or 1/4 oz lemon juice)
  • Pineapple juice
Drizzle grenadine over ice in glass. Add the following ingredients on top, and fill the rest of the way with pineapple juice. Garnish with a cherry.

  • 2 oz Cranberry juice
  • Top with ginger beer

  • 1 oz Crater Lake Hatch Green Chile Vodka
  • 1.5 oz Crater Lake Vodka
  • .75 oz Lime juice
  • 1 oz YES! Cocktail Co. Cucumber Jalapeño syrup
  • 3-4 Fresh blackberries (or 1/2 oz blackberry syrup)
Combine ingredients in pint glass over ice, and shake to combine. Pour contents into rocks glass, garnish with lime slice and cilantro sprig.

Dreamsicle Martini

  • 1 oz orange juice
  • .5 oz orange syrup
  • 1 oz half & half
Mix ingredients over ice in a cocktail shaker and shake until frothy. Shake and strain. Serve in a martini glass. Garnish with orange.

  • 3 oz lemon juice

  • .5 oz Toasted Marshmallow syrup
  • 6-8 oz Hot chocolate
Combine ingredients in a graham cracker rimmed mug. Top with marshmallows and whip cream.

The Madras

  • 2 oz Crater Lake Vodka
  • 2 oz Cranberry juice
  • 1 oz Orange juice
Shake and strain over ice. Garnish with a lime wedge. Could also be made with Crater Lake Sweet Ginger Vodka or Crater Lake Pepper Vodka for a twist!

Rosemary Greyhound

  • 1.5 Crater Lake Vodka
  • 4 oz Grapefruit juice
  • .5 oz Rosemary simple syrup
Rosemary simple syrup: In a pot, heat 2 cups water with 2 cups sugar, and stir until sugar dissolves. Pour into a heat-safe container with 6-8 sprigs of rosemary, and let steep for a minimum of 1 hour. Can be kept in the refrigerator for a week after making.
Combine ingredients into rocks glass with ice. Garnish with a rosemary stem.

Crater Lake Caesar

  • 2 oz Crater Lake Vodka
  • 2-3 dashes Demetri’s liquid spice
  • ¼ fresh lemon or lime
  • 3-4 oz Clam juice
Stir with large ice cubes, and garnish with celery, lemon or lime, and whatever toppings you prefer (seafood makes a great option!)
