“Hers” Ingredients:
- Maraschino Cherry to Garnish
- .5 oz Tart Cherry Juice
- 2 oz Crater Lake Rock and Rye Whiskey
- Ginger Ale to Top Off
Add all ingredients to a rocks glass with ice and garnish with a maraschino cherry.
“His” Ingredients:

- 1 oz Vanilla
- 1 oz Passion Fruit Syrup
- 1 oz Maraschino Cherry Juice
- 2.5 oz Lemon Juice

Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice and shake vigorously until well chilled. Strain into a martini glass rimmed with citrus and petals sugar.
*Optional* – top with club soda

Keith’s Dirty Horchata

- .75 oz Vanilla Syrup
- 1.25 oz Half and Half
- 2 oz Rice Milk
- 1 oz Crater Lake Vodka
- 1 oz Crater Lake Hazelnut Espresso Vodka
Add all ingredients to a pint glass with ice and stir until well chilled. Dust cinnamon sugar on top.

Frosty’s Delight

- Red and Green Holiday Sprinkles to Garnish
- Whipped Cream to Top
- .25 oz Vanilla Syrup
- .5 oz Chocolate Sauce
- 1 oz Half and Half
- 2 oz Crater Lake Northwest Berry Vodka
- 2 oz Crater Lake Hazelnut Espresso Vodka
Add all ingredients except for whipped cream and sprinkles to a cocktail shaker with ice and shake vigorously until well chilled. Strain into Crater Lake Mason Jar shot glasses and top with whipped cream and sprinkles.
This recipe makes 2-4 shots.

Double Dirty Chai

- Cinnamon to Top Off
- Frothed Half and Half to Top Off
- Hot Water
- .25 oz Black Scotty Chai
- 1.5 oz Half and Half
- 1 oz Bar Pilot Chai Tea Flavored Vodka
- 2 oz Crater Lake Espresso Vodka
Add Black Scotty Chai, half and half, and hot water to a coffee mug and stir. Add your spirits and stir again. Top with frothed half and half and a sprinkle of cinnamon.

Holden’s Rising Gin Flamingo

Add all ingredients except for Ablis Cranberry Blood Orange to a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake vigorously until well chilled. Strain into a martini or coupe glass and top with Ablis Cranberry Blood Orange.

Irish Espresso Martini

- 1.5 oz Espresso or Cold Brew Concentrate
- 1 oz Crater Lake Hazelnut Espresso Vodka
- 1.5 oz Crater Lake Vodka
Add ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice and shake vigorously until well chilled. Strain into a martini glass and garnish with espresso beans.

Dirty Pickletini

Amber’s Cherry Tart

- .25 oz Simple Syrup
- 2 oz Tart Cherry Juice
- 2.5 oz Crater Lake Reserve Rye Whiskey
Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice and shake vigorously until well chilled. Strain into a martini glass.

Crater Lake Pepper Vodka Sauce

- Crushed Red Pepper Flakes to Taste
- Salt to Taste
- Pepper to Taste
- 3tbs Butter
- 1 Medium Shallot
- Garlic to Your Taste
- 1 Tube Tomato Paste
- 1/2 Cup Heavy Cream
- Grated Parmesan to Your Taste
- 1lb Noodles of Your Choosing
- 1/2 Cup Crater Lake Pepper Vodka
Mince the shallot and garlic and cook in melted butter in a large skillet on medium heat until fragrant. Once fragrant, stir in tomato paste until well coated. Pour in vodka, cook out on high heat until all liquid from the vodka has evaporated out. Turn off heat and set your pan with sauce aside. Boil your noodles until al dente, drain noodles, and save one cup of your pasta boiling water. Add the water to your sauce and stir on medium heat until combined. Add in your heavy cream, salt, pepper, red pepper flakes, and parmesan and stir until thick. Turn off heat, mix in your noodles, top with more cheese, and enjoy!

- Lemon Drop Sugar for Rim
- 1 oz Simple Syrup
- 1 oz Lemon Juice
- 2 oz Crater Lake Vodka infused with Fresh Strawberries, Raspberries, Rosemary, and Honey
- Club Soda to Top Off
Add vodka, simple syrup, and lemon juice to a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake vigorously until well chilled. Strain into a martini glass rimmed with lemon drop sugar and top with club soda. Garnish with speared raspberries.

Pumpkin Spice Old Fashioned

- 3 Dashes Orange Bitters
- .75 oz Pumpkin Spice Syrup
- 2 oz Crater Lake Reserve Rye Whiskey
Add all ingredients to a rocks glass with ice and stir with the cinnamon stick 25-30 times.

Apple of my Pie

- .25 oz Monin Caramel Apple Butter Syrup
- 1 oz Half and Half
- 2 oz Cold Brew Concentrate
- 2 bar spoons Apple Pie Filling
- 2 oz Crater Lake Hazelnut Espresso Vodka
Add apple pie filling and syrup into a cocktail shaker and muddle until well combined. Add in cream, cold brew, Crater Lake Hazelnut Espresso Vodka, and ice and shake vigorously until well chilled. Strain into a coupe or Nick and Nora glass rimmed with cinnamon sugar graham crackers.

Black and Blueberry Sour

- Lime Wedge to Garnish
- 8-10 Blueberries infused with Crater Lake Rare Aged Rum** to Muddle
- 1 oz Blackberry Syrup
- 1 oz Lime Juice
- 1 oz Lemon Juice
- 2 oz Crater Lake Rare Aged Rum
Add berries and syrup to a pint glass and muddle until well combined. Add ice, juices, and Crater Lake Rare Aged Rum and shake vigorously until well chilled. Double strain into a Crater Lake rocks glass over fresh ice and garnish with a lime wedge.
** To infuse blueberries:
In an airtight tub, add one large container of blueberries and one 750ml bottle of Crater Lake Rare Aged Rum. Let sit in the fridge for 10 days. Drain Crater Lake Rare Aged Rum and save to use for future cocktails.

Crater Lake Grasshopper

Dragonberry Margarita

- Half a Frozen Dragon Fruit
- .5 oz Simple Syrup

Cube frozen fruit and add to a blender along with lime juice, simple syrup and Crater Lake Rare Agave Añejo. Blend until smooth, and pour into a coupe glass garnished with a strawberry.

Crater Lake Paloma Añejo

- Orange Slices for Garnish
- 1/2 Grapefruit, Juiced
- 1 Orange, Juiced
- 2 oz Crater Lake Rare Agave Añejo
- Squirt Soda to Top Off
Rim your glass of choice with chamoy and tajin. Fill glass with ice and line with orange slices. Pour in the juices and Crater Lake Rare Agave Añejo and top with Squirt Soda. Stir until well chilled.

Very Berry Popsicle

Add ingredients in a shaker with ice, and shake vigorously until well chilled. Strain into a coupe or martini glass. Garnish with fresh cranberries and a rosemary sprig.
Ginger Rosemary simple: Combine 1/2 a cup of sugar with 1/2 a cup of water, and bring to a simmer. Add 1 square inch peeled ginger root, diced, and 2-3 sprigs of fresh rosemary. Simmer together for 5 minutes, then put the mixture in the fridge to cool down. Once fully cooled, strain fresh ingredients out. Store in your fridge for 5-7 days.

Granny’s Pecan Pie Martini

Espresso Old Fashioned

- 2 oz Crater Lake Rye Whiskey
- .75 oz Crater Lake Hazelnut Espresso Vodka
- 3 dashes of Angostura or coffee bitters
Mix ingredients in cocktail mixing glass with ice, and stir 25-30 times to dilute. Strain over fresh ice; garnish with an orange peel, twisted over the glass and rubbed around the rim.

Banana Berry Crush

- Blackberry syrup (to drizzle and garnish)
- 1 Very Ripe Banana
- .5 oz Vanilla syrup
- 1.5 oz Half & Half creamer
- 1 oz Northwest Berry Vodka
- 1 oz Crater Lake Vodka
In a cocktail shaker, muddle half of the banana into a paste. Add vodka, cream, vanilla syrup and ice. Shake vigorously until well combined. Double strain into a martini glass drizzled with blackberry syrup. Garnish with thin banana slices, edible flowers, and more blackberry syrup drizzle.

Clockwork (Blood) Orange
View Recipe
- 1 sugar cube (or 1/2 oz of simple syrup)
- 2 slices of fresh blood orange
- 1 full sprig of thyme, stemmed
Muddle above ingredients, add 2 ounces of Crater Lake Reserve Gin and ice, and shake.
Strain into a rocks glass with ice; top with a splash of club soda and 2 dashes of orange bitters.

Blackberry Vodka Mojito

- 8 Blackberries to Muddle
- 6 Mint Leaves to Muddle
- 1 oz Simple syrup
- 2 oz Lime juice
- 1.5 oz Crater Lake Vodka OR Crater Lake Reserve Vodka
- Lemon Lime Soda to Top Off
Muddle berries and mint in a shaker, then add ice and remaining ingredients. Shake until cold, and double strain into a collins glass. Fill with ice, and top with a splash of lemon-lime soda. Garnish with a mint sprig.

Watermelon Kisses

- Basil Sprig to Garnish
- 4 Large Fresh Basil Leaves
- 6 1-inch Cubes of Watermelon
- .25 oz Lime Juice
- .5 oz Simple Syrup
- 1.5 oz Crater Lake Reserve Vodka
Muddle watermelon and basil in a cocktail shaker. Add ice, and remaining ingredients. Shake vigorously until well chilled. Double strain into a rocks glass with ice, and garnish with a basil sprig.

Savory and Spicy Dirty Martini

- 3 Olives Speared for Garnish
- .25 oz Green Olive Brine
- 2 Cilantro Stems (NO Leaves)
- 2-3 Green Olives
- 2-3 oz Crater Lake Hatch Green Chile Vodka (alternatively, 1.5 oz Hatch Green Chile Vodka and 1.5 oz Reserve Vodka to tone down heat)
Add olives, cilantro stems, and olive brine into a pint glass and muddle. Add ice and vodka. Shake vigorously or stir until well combined, and strain into chilled martini glass. Garnish with speared olives.

Sweet and Salty Pretzel Martini

Rosemary Greyhound

- 1.5 Crater Lake Vodka
- 4 oz Grapefruit juice
- .5 oz Rosemary simple syrup
Rosemary simple syrup:
In a pot, heat 2 cups water with 2 cups sugar, and stir until sugar dissolves. Pour into a heat-safe container with 6-8 sprigs of rosemary, and let steep for a minimum of 1 hour. Can be kept in the refrigerator for a week after making.
Combine ingredients into rocks glass with ice. Garnish with a rosemary stem.

Garden Fresh Bloody Mary

- 1 cup Crater Lake Pepper or Hatch Green Chile Vodka
- 4 cups Homemade or Organic Tomato Juice
- 1 whole cucumber (peeled and seeded)
- ⅓ cup distilled vinegar
- 1 teaspoon celery seed (not celery salt!)
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- ½ teaspoon hot sauce (more can be added to taste after)
Combine ingredients in blender, and blend until smooth. Taste, and add salt, pepper and hot sauce as needed.
For serving, muddle cilantro or parsley with a fresh lemon or lime slice at the bottom of a pint glass. Add ice and bloody mary mix, then toss back and forth from shaker to pint glass to get nice and cold without too much dilution. Strain into salt rimmed serving glass with fresh ice, and top with whatever mixture of fresh/pickled vegetables desired.

Extra Dirty Martini

Hazelnut Chai Latte

Smoky Bloody Marys

- 6 slices peppered bacon
- 3 1/4 cups tomato juice
- 1 1/4 cups Crater Lake Pepper Vodka
- 1/3 cup fresh lemon juice (from about 3 lemons)
- 1 tablespoon horseradish
- 2 teaspoons chipotle hot sauce
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon celery salt
- Freshly ground pepper
- 6 stalks celery with leaves
Cook the bacon in a large skillet over medium heat, turning occasionally, until golden brown and crisp, 9 to 11 minutes.
Meanwhile, combine the tomato juice, Crater Lake Pepper Vodka, lemon juice, horseradish, hot sauce, Worcestershire sauce, celery salt and 1/2 teaspoon pepper in a pitcher; refrigerate until ready to serve.
Pour the Bloody Mary mixture into 6 large ice-filled glasses. Add a piece of bacon and a celery stalk to each.

Campfire Whiskey Sour

- 2 1/4 oz Crater Lake Spirits Rye Whiskey or Reserve Rye Whiskey
- 1 6 inch rosemary stock
- 1 oz lemon juice
- 1/2 oz dark maple syrup
In a cocktail shaker, combine the rye, lemon juice, and maple syrup. Light the sprig of rosemary on fire and add to the shaker still lit. Cap the shaker and let stand for 30 seconds so that the mixture can infuse with smoke. Fill the shaker with ice; cap and shake vigorously. Strain into a rocks glass. - .5 oz Lemon juice
- .25 oz Simple syrup
- Top with club soda
- Garnish with gummy worms.

Spookie Cookie

- 2 oz Hazelnut Espresso Vodka
- 2 oz Half & Half creamer
- .5 oz Vanilla syrup
- .5 oz Simple syrup
Shake ingredients in a pint glass with ice. Strain into a martini glass, and garnish with mini chocolate-cream cookie.

Candy Corn Creamsicle

- 2 oz Crater Lake Vodka home infused with candy corn (3/4 cup candy corn, 1 cup vodka)
- .5 oz Vanilla syrup
- 3-4 oz Club soda
- Half and Half creamer
Combine first three ingredients and add ice. Top with a splash of cream.

Poison Apple Martini

- 1.5 oz Green Apple syrup
- 1.5 oz Lemon juice
- 3 oz Crater Lake Rye Whiskey
- 1-2 oz Salted Caramel Sauce
Combine lemon juice and green apple syrup in small glass, and set to side. Shake rye and caramel sauce over ice until cold and caramel is incorporated. Strain into chilled martini glass, and pour green apple mixture down the side to layer. Serve with green apple caramel sucker.

- 1 slice ruby red grapefruit
- 1 slice orange
- Muddle in pint glass, top with ice.
- Add 2 oz Reserve Gin, lightly shake
- Pour into rocks glass and top with tonic

Berries n’ cream

- 2 oz Northwest Berry Vodka
- 2 oz Half & Half
- 1 oz Ghirardelli white chocolate sauce
Shake ingredients together over ice, and strain into a chocolate rimmed martini glass. Top with whipped cream if desired.
