Inspired by the purest water in the world, our vodkas are filtered at least ten times through charcoal and crushed lava rock for an exceptionally smooth finish.

True to tradition and place, our gins gets their crisp, pine-filled flavor from handpicked juniper berries that are native to our high desert roots.

It was 1996, and all we wanted to do was live in the mountains and make great spirits. Over the years, that spark grew into a passion for making the best tasting spirits with the most natural ingredients available. Today, Crater Lake Spirits is one of Oregon’s oldest and largest distilleries serving up traditional spirits with spirited infusions.

The Nutty Professor

View Recipe

  • 1 oz Crater Lake Hazelnut Espresso Vodka
  • 1.5 oz Crater Lake Vodka
  • .25-.5 oz Salted Caramel sauce
  • 1 oz Coconut Crème
  • .25 oz Lime juice
Combine ingredients in shaker with ice, and shake until cold. Pour entire drink into rocks glass, and garnish with lime.

Berry Revenge

  • 1 oz Crater Lake Hatch Green Chile Vodka
  • 1 oz Crater Lake Vodka
  • 2 oz Cranberry juice
  • Top with ginger beer
Combine ingredients in rocks glass with ice, and stir to combine. Garnish with lime slice.

Smores

  • 1.5 oz Hazelnut Espresso Vodka
  • .5 oz Toasted Marshmallow syrup
  • 6-8 oz Hot chocolate
Combine ingredients in a graham cracker rimmed mug. Top with marshmallows and whip cream.

Caramel Apple Gin Sour

  • 2 oz Crater Lake Prohibition Gin or Reserve Gin
  • 1 egg white
  • 1 oz Caramel Apple Butter Syrup
  • 1 oz Lime juice
  • 1 oz Lemon juice
Shake and strain ingredients into a coupe glass or rocks glass with ice. Watch how to make it here.

Cherry Fizz

  • 2 oz Crater Lake Rock and Rye
  • 3 oz Cola
Combine ingredients over ice, and garnish with a licorice straw.

6 Ft. Under

  • 2 oz Crater Lake Northwest Berry Vodka
  • .5 oz Lemon juice
  • .25 oz Simple syrup
  • Top with club soda
  • Garnish with gummy worms.

Spookie Cookie

  • 2 oz Hazelnut Espresso Vodka
  • 2 oz Half & Half creamer
  • .5 oz Vanilla syrup
  • .5 oz Simple syrup
Shake ingredients in a pint glass with ice. Strain into a martini glass, and garnish with mini chocolate-cream cookie.

Candy Corn Creamsicle

  • 2 oz Crater Lake Vodka home infused with candy corn (3/4 cup candy corn, 1 cup vodka)
  • .5 oz Vanilla syrup
  • 3-4 oz Club soda
  • Half and Half creamer
Combine first three ingredients and add ice. Top with a splash of cream.  

Poison Apple Martini

  • 1.5 oz Green Apple syrup
  • 1.5 oz Lemon juice
  • 3 oz Crater Lake Rye Whiskey
  • 1-2 oz Salted Caramel Sauce
Combine lemon juice and green apple syrup in small glass, and set to side. Shake rye and caramel sauce over ice until cold and caramel is incorporated. Strain into chilled martini glass, and pour green apple mixture down the side to layer. Serve with green apple caramel sucker. Watch how to make it here.
